I'm using the Logitech G613 at the moment and while it's nice it doesn't play well with rechargeable batteries leading to double typing which is tanking my WPM and pissing me right the fuck off.

Wireless is a must, would prefer media controls and at 1 or 2 macro keys but I'll accept having to go without the latter.

Does the G613 have issues with regular batteries? I read that it is an 18 month battery life.

You have to buy these optane batteries that provide a higher voltage or something but they work fine but as far as I can tell there's no rechargable versions, and I didn't want to have to go back to the horror days of constantly buying new AA batteries but with an 18-month lifespan, damn I might as well just deal with it.
