An unarmed 18 and 19 year old stealing something should never result in a death. Were any of these 4 even armed? The simple act of disobedience should not make your life forfeit. If you disobey with violence, thatis entirely different. If I'm reading the above correctly, the perps were driving in a car actively trying to "contact" (ram) the cops? And also driving to find an escape? Which would've led to a car chase and potentially innocent civilian casualties rather than just the casualties of the perps?
