I agree with the toggle but it's probably never going to happen realistically cuz Bennett's C6 afaik it the only constellation that would activity force you to remove him for some teams depending on how the team is played. Even other "bad" constellations like Venti's first one or a majority of Keqing's are just unwanted upgrades that you can just ignore.
