So i am technically in charge of my department (I'm hourly tho) since my manager got transferred to another department. He has 2 roles but he still oversees us. He tells other managers to redirect their questions to me, but if I'm off 2 days in a row i ain't responding to any emails lmao. So by the time I do it's already too late.

And when they call me (usually in the morning) I don't answer cuz I don't wake up until 12 PM.
