Just the best. Sometimes you can get a dud, but when you have no clue what the movie's about or where the hell it's gonna go, that's the best.

I can't remember the last time I watched a trailer for a movie I thought I was going to eventually watch. Trailers are the worst.

Especially when its a well reviewed movie so you know youre in for a treat.

i agree, but sometimes i get too hyped for a movie and end up watching the trailer (MCU)

i love when we get a good indie movie where just because of the director/actor i know i'll like it while barely knowing the plot

That was me with Man of Steel. I knew it was a Superman movie and that was it; I didn't see any spoilers or read any reviews. When I got into that theater I was absolutely awestruck by the approach. The music, the effects, the acting, the way the characters fought one another at high speed and with enormous shows of strength.

And when everything seemed to be over and Zod emerged from the rubble for one of the single coolest fights ever put to film...I just about lost my shit with excitement. Zack Snyder gets me like no other director does, lol

God damn.

So just watched Lamb cold and cause of this topic I threw the trailer on. Gives away the "thing" that takes like 30-40 minutes to get to in the movie. Absolutely kills any suspense or mystery about what they are dealing with.

Perfect example.

Another movie that would be amazing to do this with, but is nearly impossible in this day and age, is The Matrix. Pop culture has given it all away, but if you go in blind it's probably incredible.
