This cat was doomed. 20 years old and was looking sick and crippled. One front paw stopped working. Couldn't stand up or he'd fall over. Stopped eating and drinking water so my lady friend had the cat checked out. They told her that the cat had to be put down. But they wouldn't let her be with it in the room because of Covid restrictions or some shit. She had to take it home and shoot it in the head. Purple_Cheetah 04/27/22 6:11:44 AM #31:	A new cat has entered the arena. Not really, however, the direction of the new homes being built with some finished has a white and grey wanna be siamese. It's white with dark grey socks, ears/cap, and tail. I've never seen it before outside of the one time when Cinder was recently hurt. It seems to have also taken to roaming in the woods where Cinder and Mystic like to roam and pops out on this side. That said, we did some recon by driving and it's entirely possible that he was drawn to that house because of the new cat. Then next door to that house are 2 giant dumpsters full of glass/metal/construction debris you can see. There was also some on the ground near it. We're thinking if Cinder somehow got curious and fell into one, it'd line up with his behavior/injuries and the timing. Either way the little bugger re-socialized with his siblings with minor issue. Everyone seemed briefly confused by his smell, and only Sadie made a lunge at him in a sort of "where have you been!?". Oh yeah, and one of the neighbors we provided information and such to, still didn't get 3 cats fixed, so one is pregnant and another just recently had a litter. The females we oversee have been sneaking off to assist in caring for them as they're closely related, but we don't know where exactly. <cite>Purple_Cheetah posted [p:964605613] in CE's Cats ... This cat was doomed. 20 years old and was looking sick and crippled. One front paw stopped working. Couldn't stand up or he'd fall over. Stopped eating and drinking water so my lady friend had the cat checked out. They told her that the cat had to be put down. But they wouldn't let her be with it in the room because of Covid restrictions or some shit. She had to take it home and shoot it in the head. Now it's buried in it's yard it wondered all it's life. That said, we did some recon by driving and it's entirely possible that he was drawn to that house because of the new cat. Then next door to that house are 2 giant dumpsters full of glass/metal/construction debris you can see. There was also some on the ground near it. We're thinking if Cinder somehow got curious and fell into one, it'd line up with his behavior/injuries and the timing. Either way the little bugger re-socialized with his siblings with minor issue. Everyone seemed briefly confused by his smell, and only Sadie made a lunge at him in a sort of "where have you been!?". Oh yeah, and one of the neighbors we provided information and such to, still didn't get 3 cats fixed, so one is pregnant and another just recently had a litter.
