It shit all over the books. I'm not talking about the 'they need to adapt stuff for film' type changes. I am talking about how literally everything you have watched either didn't happen that way in the books or never happened at all. The majority of the show is just made up bullshit that never actually happened.

Not to mention all the blatant anti-male sexism all over that turd of a show. The books were never sexist in the first place, so its not like the show is "making it fair." The only people you see calling the books sexist either never read them in the first place or just didn't understand them and the message the author was conveying.

Amazon should get more shows like Reacher, which already has a built in audience and doesn't need a massive high budget.

If they had given the final episodes of Wheel of Time a proper budget, fans and the world would have gotten something special. We don't need another rehash of Lord of the Rings. Or maybe dip into science fiction again now that the Expanse is done and get the rights to the Polity novels, or maybe finally do something with the Culture (they already own the rights to that, and the world could use some good utopian fiction right about now).
