You cant sell the car or transfer the ability, but as often as once per day you can change your car to any other possible make or model in existence. This includes new stuff recently released, or classic stuff that hasnt been in production for ages. The condition of the car will be 100% brand new each time you make the swap. So yeah, lets say you like what youre driving and just want a cleanup. Say the magic words and youll just get a brand new version of whatever it is you currently have. If you dont currently have a car and want or need one, well then I guess its your lucky day.
