Had an automatic volume lowering bug and none of the other troubleshooting worked. Half my phone's usage is listening to audio.

Anyway, I like Google and Verizon's backup options, they work great, but holy shit having to enter all the unique passwords for all my apps again is annoying. Especially the two-factor. I hope there's a quicker more secure way to do this in the future.

We could use some two-factor bio-unique type stuff. I know they basically have that, but it's not trusted as super secure like bone density and retinal scanners. Maybe there will be some fine tuned input device on our phones in the future that can scan apart of us.. fuck we already have that too... nm.

I was walking the airbase and the goddamn phone kept going to 75% every 30 seconds. You'd think 75% would be loud enough.

I heard it on some podcast. It must be some rudimentary partial data unique identifier. Apparently the government uses it.

I pay 90% of my bills on my phone.
Handle 90% of work communications on my phone.
Stream 50% of what I watch.
I play games on there some times.

I really should get a backup phone just incase. I'm gonna be screwed if this one ever gets stolen or breaks.

I used to have a phone with a iris scanner (Galaxy Note 9, I think?), but Samsung removed it after that model year.

I could never do that on a tiny screen. I do everything in this list on my laptop except take phone calls.

Mine is random. Sometimes, it just drops to low volume. Other times, it go ALL THE WAY down Someone said it might be the thing where if I look away, the phone lowers the volume due to some new functions where it lowers it because your attention is somewhere else or something But it doesnt only happen when I look away

So the volume shit started happening after I made this topic. I downloaded SoundAssistant from the Galaxy Store. It's inbred version is in the OS, but bastardized. It allows you to customize the OS sound utility completely and I changed the primary volume back to ringer as well as other adjustments. It's been fine since then.

Seems to be something in YouTube and Spotify suddenly triggering it. And if I have the volume panel open, it won't do it while I'm watching. It's like it's some background toggle happening when I switch apps. I also allowed individual app volume for the 3 main apps. Who knows. As long as my music stays loud, I'm cool. I like walking the airbase to talk to my work friends, but the noise canceling and volume is sometimes necessary.

Sometimes, if Im watching a video and I get a call, it lowers the volume. Thats normal. The part thats weird is after I decline (or answer and finish the call), the spline doesnt always go back up. Its when Im on YouTube. So, I agree that it could be something that YouTube does

I have a Blue View 2 that i bought last year i dont mind using it but whenever i want to try to call someone, the phone i swear has a mind of its own where itll shut off the wi fi by itself then i have to restart the stupid phone to get it to work right.
