Fuck me, does it suck trying to level multiple jobs. Trying to get one of each role to 80 for the role quests in Shadowbringers but leveling DPS jobs specifically is so time consuming

Im almost omni-90, at some point I just did roulettes and my tales. Took a while but having people constantly wanting to run content helps

My wife's gotten every job (excluding Blue Mage) to level 90, even the crafters/gatherers. It's crazy. I work from home and don't even have the time to get the ones for the role quests there

I'm at 60ish on all of them and getting them the rest of the way seems like way too much work, at least with the combat jobs I can do dungeons which aren't super boring to me like crafting

Yeah, leveling is the slowest/worst part of the game.

I usually just get a level or two per day through the roulette, and then switch to Bozja when it becomes available. Still takes multiple weeks per job, though.

I'm not really stressing, but it is VERY un-fun. Especially in the earlier levels when all you can really do in spam ARR dungeons over and over again.

Crafting/Gathering is actually piss easy, though. Just spam the leves and do Custom Deliveries. I got my Fisher from 60 to 75 in like an hour or something, and then got to 90 just through doing its questline.
