I remember one absolutely incandescently pants-shittingly mad customer who claimed they were a close personal friend of the CEO of my company and they would tell them how much my customer service sucked and that I was deliberately unhelpful (I couldnt immediately snap my fingers and resurrect a long dead service that had been replaced by something far better). They uh, thought we were part of a competitor. I told him he was completely entitled to express his dissatisfaction with his Close Personal Friend, but that I have no control over what services were offered. --- You will find me if you want me in the garden Unless it's pouring down with rain ...
