I mostly play Hearthstone but wouldn't MTG eternal formats be plagued by the same two problems, powercreep/new mechanics invalidating old cards while at the same time the really OP stuff never goes away. Though looking up Alchemy it seems like they took at the bad RNG stuff from Hearthstone and tried adding it to MTG so that's no good either. --- Got questions about schoolwork? historically, wizards has been pretty good with keeping power creep down. power level per set goes up and down, but the average tends to keep pretty even. recently... not so much. --- Boom!
