i haven't finished the game yet, still in the royal capital, but it really surprised me how the women are pretty much fawns over your tarnished when you finish their quest.

ranni basically marry you, fia also hints you will be her undead lord if you gave her the mark of death item, Rya pretty much drools over you, there is still the blind girl and milicent quest whom I haven't finished, so they will either die or make the tarnished their husbando/waifu.
