This idea can easily be proven. I mean just get on a ship and start sailing. Like not a row boat like a real ship. And if they get to edge send to the footage to everyone. I they get to huge ice wall send that footage. It is like a conspiracy that can be proven with ease. And before you talk about money. These people spend tons of money on other shit.

It's crazy that there's so many. The flat earth belief is overstated throughout history as well. Columbus sailed west to try to get to India because everyone knew the earth was round back then. There's probably more flat earthers now by sheer numbers than there ever have been at any time period before

I listen to some flatearth debunkers on youtube and it's just insane how arrogant and sure of themselves they are while simultaneously expressing the most profound scientific ineptitude and pretending it's science.

Flatearth lives and dies on social media. Taking a go-pro camera, shooting over the horizon at sea (ever wonder why it only works over sea? Pay no attention to the curve behind the curtain!) and seeing something that to their unscientific mind kind of looks off and proclaiming that the round earth has been disproven is literally all they do. They take uncontrolled, unsure data, take unprofessional, grainy and unclear footage of it, do a basic asshole visual analysis with obvious bias of mind of said footage and then say "yep, flat-earth proven!"

If they didn't have tiktok or youtube to post those videos to they would literally have nothing, except journals laughing at them when trying to publish their drivel.

I'm pretty sure 99% of "flat earthers" are just attention starved trolls that know the Earth is round.

This, it's mostly people playing along because they think it's 'awesome' and 'hilarious'. It wouldn't be surprising if a lot of people vote Trump purely because of the exact same reason.

One my favorite things in the world is Professor Dave's "debate" against Flat Earth Dave.

I have found that flat earthers are more intelligent than antivaxxers and trump supporters (overlap aside) because they actually do attempt to prove their claims with the scientific method.

Don't forget they believe pilots and the FAA are conspirators in the lie as well.

They also believe the reason they aren't allowed to prove the whole ice wall thing is because it's a massive coverup all the superpowers in the would are complacent in to keep the truth hidden. Couldn't possibly be because your average person wouldn't survive the harsh environment.

Just go to the Indiana Dunes and look at the skyline of Chicago and notice how you can only see the tops of the buildings.

We have telescopes you can buy at walmart that can see Saturn, Neptune, etc.

But if you were to take a telescope to the tallest skyscraper you can find, with flat earth logic, you should be able to see other countries, or even the ice wall itself.
