Biden can do it himself. Psaki just said a week or two ago he hasn't ruled out taking unilateral action on it.

I mean hey, if it means he actually does it i'll take it. He should be doing it yesterday, but it's better than nothing. I'm still very, very doubtful though. And doubtful it'll be a meaningful amount even if he does.

Pretty true. They have done things from treason, to taking away autonomy of one's own body, to hundreds of LGBT hate actions, and so much more. They feed on this shit. They'll eventually get to the point they'd probably bring back the gay panic defenses, then outlaw homosexuality and shit again. They are called regressives for a reason. They hate progression and would do anything to be able to hurt people.

Biden can potentially do it himself. AFAIK he never got an answer when he asked some government agency, I forget which, if he has the authority to do so. Assuming he can, it also sounds like there are a lot of legal hurdles that would make it a long uphill battle.

I mean, Im hoping it happens, but Im not holding out hope. Ill believe it when I see it, I guess.

The "both sides" shit is for lazy people who want to seem informed about politics without having to actually pay close attention to them.

The dems don't attack minority rights (be they voting rights, marriage rights, etc.) and the repubs do. That's just one difference which matters to many people. Personally, I vote democrat because they at least acknowledge the validity of climate science, which is more than republicans do.

It was bullshit when his people claimed that in 2020, but it's probably true now. You can't just replace the president and come out looking good.

I'll accept a useless party if it means keeping my human rights and freedon.

The two parties are absolutely not the same, even if they both are bad. Like getting punched in the dick versus having your legs trapped in a wood chipper.
