Both of my big toes have these awful scabs growing out of the sides of the toenail area, and on my left foot one looks like a stone coming out of it. What could this potentially be? Props on providing a pic. Looks like ingrown toenails to me. Just that the infection is killing the nail and turning them to that crusty nail shit instead of digging deeper into your skin.
