With E3 being canceled, Bethesda will probably tag along on whatever Microsoft does in a few months, or have their own little event. The game is still releasing in November so I expect gameplay and info dump in May or June. Unless of course they announce a delay in May or June...but if that happens they may still show some gameplay. Especially if its a relatively short delay. --- So! You want to hear a story, eh? ...
