idk why FedEx decides to be the absolute worst, but they are. Anytime someone ships something through them, its always an adventure.

Currently, something I ordered thats being shipped from them hasnt updated its location since last Thursday even though I got a text this Tuesday saying scheduled delivery Wednesday and lo and behold, guess what didnt show up? Also it now doesnt have a scheduled delivery on the tracker because it still refuses to update where its at.

This shit always happens with them. They also normally deliver super late in the day, assuming they actually deliver whatever I order.

UPS and USPS >>>>>>>> FedEx

The drivers are independent contractors which means "Undepaid low benefit

I wish it was only the drivers but every part of FedEx sucks imo. Their website is even annoying. Just a terrible company overall.

it's going to go one of two ways.

package delivered and they don't tell you
or
package ships and it's delayed.

my last fedex delivery could've been taken by porch pirates because they didn't knock.

never trust a delivery date/time, it'll go to pending eventually

This is my experience with FedEx. It's so bad that it's a running joke that anytime I see something get shipped via FedEx I just assume it'll be a week late.

I live on a weird street that looks like it could/should be an alley, but I have 0 problems with any other delivery service. Only FedEx.

This literally happened to me last week. Package just vanished for over a 9 days. No updates, no transport messages, just complain if its 7 business days late. Day before I'm going to call customer support I get a message its arrived in city then delivered with no message, confirmation, or a single knock.

FedEx is straight garbage

at this point I actively avoid sites that use fedex

there's a 1 in 3 chance that i have to order through gamestop later in the month.

wanted to go in on the buy 2 get 1 deal but thinking about my finances first.

So get this. One time, I'm awaiting a package via FedEx. On the supposedly delivery day, the status got changed to something like "unable to locate delivery address". Like are you fucking serious. I thought learning how to use google maps is a simple requirement to become a delivery driver and I'm pretty sure my place was easy to locate based on prior successful deliveries. So I had to sign up for FedEx managing service, and even that signup process was a pain, so I can reroute that package to a nearby FedEx store so I go and pick it up myself. shaking my mother fucking head.
