For those that don't know, HEED stands for healthcare, early education, and domestic jobs. Oh wow, look we dont even know what HEED is because the media doesnt even talk about it, lest bring any attention to female-dominated industries at all.

There's also many other industries like psychology, human resources and social services that sorely lack men. Men are especially discriminated against in jobs like pre-school care.

But yknow what. No one cares right.

All that matters in this world are about women not being in STEM fields.

Men don't work those jobs because they pay poorly

Men have had a very rough go of it forjust recently. And it ends now!

This, a man who took these jobs is less likely to have a spouse since the low pay is like a repellant to women. Women take these jobs to find a highly paid husband.

Probably because STEM work is seen as aspirational, fulfilling and wealthy, whereas HEED is like the work you do when you are a martyr and hate money and love stress

Life is not fair and this is how things have always been, women want a provider who can take care of them. A low pay job is not going to do that nor will it allow the man to afford much which is again not going to attract a woman.

Women do not like broke men as they have nothing to offer, and these low pay jobs are dead ends.

So, did you make this topic because you were mad about initiatives to open opportunities to women in STEM?
