If I had known that hormone therapy existed back when I was a teenager, I would've transitioned to male. But I never had that opportunity and I'll regret it for the rest of my life. It's basically too late for me now.

Gender dysphoria is real. I have it. I'll suffer from it for the rest of my life because I'll always have a female body shape now that I'm an adult and puberty is long over.

So thanks, Conservatives, for being offended on my behalf and protecting me from my own identity.

Puberty blockers are well researched and proven to be both safe and reversible should a person decide not to transition. And someone with gender dysphoria going through the wrong puberty is experiencing "major body alterations during their prime development years" and that's not reversible

Allowing young people a safe path to transitioning is unquestionably the correct choice, that's just the facts

Eighteen is fine, though I personally would say 24. Yes, because they need to make sure they are at least somewhat capable of making their own decisions after reflection.
