The food is so good, but if you read county reports for most metropolitan cities, they are cited A LOT.

As an Accountant for many Ma and Pa restaurants (our firm specialize in it) you can't imagine how much of them try to deduct their fines as expenses, where they place them in a stack where I can even read their citations in detail. It played a big reason I don't eat out as much.

I mean I get it, in most third world countries a lot of these Ma and Pa shops that are opening aren't used to keeping up with the codes. In fact a lot of our Chinese clients gets pissed that they have to pay for soo much licenses to sell and one of them went, "For fuck sakes, when can I actually make money in this fucking country." There's not that much paperwork involved in places like China apparently.
