Looks pretty good. Vegan cheese is hit or miss though. The best I had was some sort of sliced vegan cheese, but I forget what it was called. Ill have to look next time Im at the grocery store.

I was reading an article about veganism in Mexico and it said it's mostly practiced by the privileged. The thing is though, a lot of Mexican dishes can be vegan just by taking the meat out. Also, a lot of people end up eating vegan because they can't afford meat. For example, a plate of rice, beans, cactus, and salsa, and tortillas is vegan.

That is simply not attractive to vegan culture in Mexico with the upperclass, and it's more about trendy substitutes.

Shouldn't that still be offensive to them? Like say, eating babies was an acceptable thing, but people who abstained from that chose to mold their artificial foods into baby form.

Just doesn't add up

Well one involves doing something they probably enjoy but now find morally or socially unacceptable, the other attempts to mimick the same things that makes it enjoyable without the ethical concerns.
