That's not good. I hope he's not embarrassed that he reached out for help, or to vent, or whatever. I've barely been holding it together lately too. So I understand mental stress. I don't like talking about my personal issues but I'm the primary caregiver for two very sick parents. My anxiety and stress levels are so high that it feels like my brain is burning and I can't breathe. Sometimes I don't know how I'm going to get through the day, let alone my life. So you've got nothing to be embarrassed about with me, bud.
