Heh, kinda. I grew up on a small farm of sorts (mostly for our sustenance). I had to feed the horses, pigs, and chickens. Help with our massive ass garden. Walk fences, help when it was time to get hay, etc.

I say kinda because my mom wanted me to mow when I was 9 or 10. But it was always the hottest part of the day and I always said I'd do it in the evening. But she never wanted to wait so she did it.

I'm glad I had tons of chores, though. I hated it at the time but it's definitely helped me as an adult.
