Mine's just been horrible in the last year, i got it all over my body but its the worst under my buttcheeks. I can improve it with steroid cream, but it never really goes away anymore :/

I've been using the Dove sensitive skin bar, but ordered some Cetaphil body wash to switch to. What kinds of soaps/other stuff do you guys use to keep it under control?

I use CeraVe lotion. I get it all over the palms of both of my hands and in between my fingers. I haven't had an outbreak in a good while though thankfully.

hmm you're the second person to recc CeraVe to me, i always thought cetaphil was the only major brand suitable for eczema but i should check this out

i don't have eczema but i do have a condition on my face, I forgot what it's called. the skin on my nose gets flakey and itchy if I go more than ~40 hours without washing it. I also make sure to put moisturizer on after every shower, that helps.

it used to also affect my scalp and forehead, i had really bad dandruff and my skin was so red. luckily now it's not as bad and it only is on my nose

Ive had eczema since I was in middle school about 20 years ago. For me
it never really goes away, but I got some vanicream last year and it works pretty good. Thank god the winter is about over, heater dries out my skin like a motherfucker.

My fiance bought it for me last year and it comes in handy (pun not intended). Also try to minimize the amount of stress you're under, as high stress can actually make an eczema flareup worse.

i don't have eczema but "various" parts of my body are sensitive to certain chemicals. i use the dove sensitive too. you may want to try a fragrance free shampoo as well.

Have you tried adjusting your diet to see if it improves?

I know someone who has less flare ups after cutting out dairy
