Feminists aren't a singular group of people. There are feminists that vehemently oppose transgender rights (JK Rowling, sadly). There are hyper right-wing / libertarian / anarcho-fascist feminists (Ayn Rand herself would qualify).

A feminist is simply someone who thinks females should be viewed equally to males. Everything beyond that is flavor text.
