I it was good, I would say my favorite MCU Spiderman but I kinda wish they would have added a villian that was from the comics that wasn't in the other movies. I mean yeah, I know what they were doing, but it would have been cool to go that little extra you know?

Yeah, the Venom scene was weird

Havent seen either of the Venom movies but if Eddie got transported to that universe then he knows of a Peter Parker back in his universe

Also, what are they planning with that part of the symbiote that got left behind?

2 > 1 > 3 for me as far as how good the movies are, but 3 was the most hyped Ive been for a movie in a long fuckin time and it lived up to the hype for sure

Actually no it wasn't. At least not officially hence why Tom Hardy Venom went back to Sonys universe but left behind a bit of the symbiote to become Marvels Venom or wherever it will be going.

Nope. Sony Venom has never met Spider-Man. He only saw him on a TV screen and thus know who Peter/Spider-Man is in the Holland universe of Spider-Man. The end credits of Venom 2 was set in the Marvel universe.

Somebody pointed out that the reason this Spider-Man may have felt lacking in some ways compared to the others is that this whole trilogy could be looked at as Peter's origin story. People repeatedly point out how immature he is, which every Peter is before tragedy strikes.

Even though he's been out there doing the hero thing for a while, it wasn't until now that he TRULY knows the level of tragedy, responsibility, and self-sacrifice that makes Peter Parker and Spider-Man iconic. If you look at it like that, we never saw Peter's beginning in the MCU because we were watching it unfold the whole time.
