I just beat Radahn with him and exhausted his dialog in that region before searching everywhere on the map I could think of for him. From Jar-Burg to Limgrave. Eventually, I gave up and looked at the wiki. He's supposed to be stuck in the ground again, so I went to find him where they said.

His hole is here. He isn't. What do I do? lol
