Unclear if these are things you are doing / have done, or if these are things that would be deal breakers if they happened.

The list is reasonable and basic relationship 101, but not sure why she felt the need to write it down. Maybe she is just reminding herself to stick up for herself in the future, as she hasn't in the past?

Considering that you said this is the same energy you're going to bring when confronting your girlfriend, you have to understand why some people are concerned seeing as how easy you're blowing up on people here.

Lol, I did not read the last bullet to completion. But most of that list is general stuff and could be based on past relationships and just general issues.

If those are specific about TC, then he sounds horrible, but it would be nice to hear in depth answers from him instead of him just getting mad and arguing.

This is something extremely personal that TC secretly took photos of and posted here for a bunch of internet randos to judge. That act alone says so much about him

Sounds like something you need to talk with her about. If you're interested in staying with her at least. You need to make your case with her, not CE. She's obviously having some thoughts but doesn't want to make an impulse decision so she's writing thoughts out to see if it makes sense.

Judging by the list, it seems like she thinks your relationship is secondary to yourself. Now I'm not saying it's accurate because I don't know you so I'm trying to be as least accusatory as I can while writing this, but that seems to be how she's feeling. The wild nights out without her bullet point paired with the other bullet point about cancelling plans stood out to me, there's nothing wrong with guys nights out but if she thinks you're more interested in doing that more often than going out with her on date nights then yeah that's a problem, relationships often require sacrifices and she doesn't think you're willing to do that.

This seems fine. At one point she considered breaking up and she listed reasons why.

Silver lining, now you have a list of what NOT to do/improve on if you really want to stay with her.

I also recommend talking with her about the list to see if/why she would feel that way. Then explain your PoV on things you don't think apply and ofc accept your mistakes for any you might have made.

You sound like a shitty boyfriend.

IMO you should ask her if that list is about you.

And if it is, just split up now.

If they've both cheated on each other, what would change if OP and his girlfriend break up with each other? They both have flaws they need to sort out and breaking up just avoids the problems, not addresses them.

OP, that list is going to eat at you and will proverbially build a mansion in your mind until you sit down with her and confirm what's relevant to you and what's just a generic red flag. Not seeing a future and not having the confidence to bring a guy to her family (assuming she respects and values her family's opinions) sounds like a doomed relationship. And if you want the relationship to work out, you'll need to not be confrontational or aggressive about this like you are in this topic.

Also consider returning the favor and write a list of what would make a relationship worthwhile.

My first thought wasn't that it was about you. The first thing that came to my mind was it looks like in the past she had a bad habit of dating these sort of guys. She wanted to change and this was part of that. A reminder of what not to accept anymore.

It does look pretty old and well worn. Looks like she went back and read it a lot.

That is could be a couple of different things:

- It could be what she thinks of you, and reasons she should break up with you.

- It could also be a list of reasons for why she should break up with anybody (as in if she sees those things in a boyfriend, she should break up). Which could mean its not directed at you specifically, but any boyfriend she may have.

- It could be a list of reasons to tell you if she wants to break up (though probably not seeing as youve broken up multiple times before).

- It could be about someone else, especially since youve broken up a couple times.

- It could just be trash from some time ago that fell under the nightstand.

Who knows. Maybe just ask her or whatever

Thats the part that was the worst. She went to Vegas with my family and I but it feels as if she doesnt want to tell her family shes still with me.

Your girlfriend sounds super pathetic man. Imagine being like Im too embarrassed to even tell my family that Im with this dude still (presumably because her family is privy to just how toxic things were between you two and she doesnt want them to find out that shes so spineless she came back to you anyway) and I cant see a future with this guy at all and still not having the self-respect to end things with him.

The whole list reads like a college sophomore who is still dating guys a decade older than her and not realizing what the issue is.

If this wasnt fake af then anything including the list itself is reason for both parties to split.
