If it was a lie then it would be everything.

Possibly There are certain parts that could be a lie on its own, though Like they do seem to have a lot of staff And can make huge structures

I remember there was a fan theory that if everything was a lie from the start, that Ultra Despair Girls (and D3, I guess) are actual in universe anime.

I mean, you can't really explain UDG otherwise.

I think you mean V3. Danganronpa 3 is the actual anime That said, I always figured that at some point during the run of the show, they would have switched over to using the same Neo World Program used in Danganronpa 2 for all of the seasons. Mainly because some of those executions were kind of ridiculous. And they could do crazier things. Also, deal with real death less

That said, based on V3, the earlier seasons were literally animes When youre in Shuichis lab, he looks at the files (which are files of all the deaths and method used in the other killing games). And the first few sets were apparent drawn. They they start having real pictures in the later files So, theres that

Yeah. That part was weird. I dont know what they was about exactly. And it never really explains it, AFAIK There are tons of theories, but nothing definitive

I believe that comes down to perception and personal choice

That said, there are other options to consider

Option 1 is that Tsumugi lied about cospox. It only happened once with Kaede. And even though she made Kaede stand there in her undergarments, she made Kaede turn around while she changed. That could have been so she could put on something like some kind of make up to make he skin look red like that

Option 2 is that the first couple of games were fictional, while the rest werent. Like I mentioned earlier, Shuichi had those files Im his lab. And the first few files (not sure how many, but those would be the first few games, and maybe the anime) had illustrations instead of pictures, which the later files had. So, maybe the first few were fictional, which might be why she only displayed as them. She may have been telling the truth about cospox, but lying about who was fictional

Many people have a bunch of other theories, as well
