Had to think about this for a second when you mentioned Pokemon, then I remembered Bandai Namco put out the Pokken games and New Pokemon Snap. They also did some work on Smash Bros. for 3DS, Wii U, and Ultimate / Special.

That's true of most companies in donation scenarios, but good deeds are still good deeds. It's also really hard to say that no one at the company at all gives a shit.
