It actually looks really good to me. For a pencil drawing at least. Good sense of expression.

Ink and color but that's obviously the next step.

Aw, thanks. I'm probably not going to ink & color this one, but maybe I'll change my mind at some point down the line.

Better/more shading

More details in the hair and clothes

Fix up anatomy (not saying huge boobs or butt, but looks kind ambiguous gender wise)

Also with the one above, fix up the angles. The hips and the shoulders don't match in an odd way. Try looking at it upside down if you can't see it.

Not saying it needs a larger chest, but something is making the chest look bowled or rounded inwards like instead of (| you have )). It is like they are rounding the shoulders forward while pulling the chest in. If that is intentional ignore this please.

It isnt severe, rounding off the shoulder points could fix it.

Like someone said, the boob on the left looks odd, like it's poking out from the wrong place. But it's not something I woulda noticed without being asked to look at it closely. Same with the neck tbh. The way it bends works well with how she's standing.

Anyway, you're amazing with a pencil. Your shading and the way you do folds in clothing are so purty.

You are hyper-focusing on one drawing. Artists get really good by just doing what you did 10000 times.

If you want to get better at drawing women and anime babes, then start doing human figure studies. Honestly you should look at pictures of naked people in dynamic poses and draw those. No no no, not talking about sex. Look for nude artist models online, there are plenty (non-sexual) ones.

Don't get too hung up on any one drawing, just practice every day. You should draw at least 1 person everyday if you want to get good. If you want to get really good you should draw 10 people a day.
