I could be wrong, but I do know that there was some old-timey battle going on. Anyway, there are characters with superpowers. One guy I remember vividly having super speed. There was a scene where he trips and fall that I think about all the time because it made me laugh really hard. I've been trying to remember this movie or show for decades now. I saw it when I was a young kid so this could be anywhere around 2000-2003. How old the movie itself was, I couldn't tell you.
