Caffeine doesn't do shit for me, if anything it makes me feel relaxed. I drink tea because it tastes good

I am tired all the time and just end up napping but maybe I should abuse stimulants instead? Any suggestions?

Caffeine relaxed? Wut? Green tea, black tea, dark cocoa all have caffeine albeit in much smaller doses. I guess cocaine for you.

Pseudoephrine? Claritin D tends to perk me up for a few hours but I also tend to crash later and may have minor chills and body aches as side effects. Clears my sinuses right up though. Great for early morning shifts in the winter. I recommend only taking shit like this when you REALLY need it though. Please just lightly misuse if you must instead of abusing thanks.

-Better diet(fortified low sugar cereals. Fruits, veggies, whole grains, low mercury seafood, nuts like Almonds/walnuts, low sugar Yogurt, White meat etc. Added sugar bad, fried food/red meat is bad, soda is satan juice, alchohol is to be drank moderately, lots of salt is bad.)
Exercise(don't ramp up fast. That's how you get injured and over tired. Start simple and slowly ramp up to build good habits and stay safe)

-Getting sunlight(Milk, Supplements, salmon, fortified cereal etc. also help with Vitamin D. Low levels can )
-Go to sleep at consistent time and absolute minimum of 6 hours. 7-8 is preferable.

May also help alertness and health. Iron is also important. Low iron can lead to anemia which can cause low energy.
