If you want to set up your giveaway so that only streamers with x amount of follows and affiliate links are accepted, then have at 'er. That's allowed. Just make sure you disclose it beforehand. Even if it were legal, there would still be followed from this. No brand wants to affiliate themselves with a marketing snafu like this.
