The only thing I can really understand is that Abbott and beto won their respective primaries. I know nothing of Texas elections, but I'm curious if it foreshadows anything for the elections down the line

What's the forecast for Texas? Does it look like democrats are gaining ground? Is qanon and other psychos taking further hold there MTG style? Is it largely unchanged? I was trying to look into this myself but all I see is a bunch of names I don't recognize and figure maybe someone here is from Texas or follows local politics around the country closely
