Just came out today. Anybody catch it yet? What did you think?

I may be biased since I love alternate reality stuff, but that was a fun set up and I hope it gets wild. I wonder who the fuck these new interdimensional(?) Borg are.

Seeing Guinan again was great. Also the shock of horror on Picard's face when he heard Q was hilarious. "Mon capitaine, how I've missed you". Reminded me of TNG Picard's reactions to him.

I enjoyed it, but that preview of the rest of the season has me worried.

Car chases set on present day Earth look so off in Star Trek. Love seeing Q again, though.

Have you forgotten the multiple times this has already happened in Star Trek?

On topic, I liked it. I'm a bit skeptical about how many disparate threads they're setting up for one season (time travel, alternate timelines, Q, Borg, the early promo images hinted at something to do with Bajor/the Wormhole Aliens, etc.), but hopefully it's nowhere near the clusterfuck S1 was.

Plus, this episode finally confirmed the status of the Borg post-Voyager Endgame, with Seven outright stating they had been severely crippled.
