They are very different places so I would kind of leave it up to what you are into doing. The Keys are great to take it easy, chill, drink and relax. Is there anything that's must-see on the way to Key West? We'll have at least 1 full day there since our flight arrives in Miami at 6am. Its a great ride with blue water on all sides and lots of bridges but its about three hours so when you have to go back to Miami it feels long. Its worth doing at least once though.
