Former Princess Mako's "commoner" husband, Kei Komuro was seen wearing an edgy new PONYTAIL as he was off to take his New York State Bar Exam for the SECOND time after FAILING it last year and this time he dressed all casual in demin jeans and STAR WARS SNEAKERS!!

The Japanese Royal left Japan and her namesake to be with her american husband and moved to NYC where she's been staying for a year as the 30 y/o is enjoying her new amerian life living like the rest of society

They live in a one bedroom apt in NY where Komuri works at NJ based lawfirm Lowenstein Sandler LLP

He took the bar exam last summer, months before his wedding to Mako but it was revealed in November that he failed. Tuesday marks the day he took it on a second time...

But he didn't look very confident going in nor coming out after the exam as the budding lawyer looked somber standing outside waiting for an Uber whlie showing off his flashy sneakers and ponytail

It appears he and Mako embraced a more casual outfit in Manhattan rather than the smartsuit and tie he normally wars

He has 2 chances a year to take the bar exam and has to wait an agaonizing several months to learn if he passed. You have 2 chances a year to pass as New York also doesn't have a limit on how many times you can take the exam before you are cut off so he can take it as many times as he wants.
