An extra $430 a month is nothing to sneeze at. Would be nice if they give it retroactively as a bit of a bonus to people who put in all the work to make sure the game was as good as it is. I also don't know if they consider Fromsoft Namco Bandai employees. So how can a publisher spend dough giving raises from a completely separate dev, yet we don't hear this kind of stories from EA that rakes in bajillions from ultimate team, where they don't share profits but themselves?
