There will probably be a longer writeup soon in the other topic I have on the board, but for now I'll just copy what I said in the beaten games topic, as it still applies:

A definite worthy follow-up to the original Persona 5 story, though in the end I thought the overall ending was kind of underwhelming. Was nice to see all the characters again and some of them finally getting a chance to develop, like Haru missed out in the original. Played it mostly on PS5 so there was very little load times and the game ran very smoothly throughout the entire experience.

The biggest trophy roadblock for most people will be the bond points grinding, as the story will not get you nearly enough to max out every bond skill. Luckily, there's a statue in the Osaka chapter that you can repeatedly talk to for bond points, so I took some hours to just grind it up there to the 90s, and then request grinding in the postgame finished it off. Other than that, not much of a challenge; the Reaper is significantly downgraded in this game, and if you play as every character the Master Arts trophies will follow pretty quickly.

Maybe one day I'll get to Persona 5 Royal, but not anytime soon. So long to the Phantom Thieves for now!
