Dailymail has learned that the 23 y/o ex-US Soldier, Vince Gilday burst into a former State Republican's Home because he was convinced a NUCLEAR WAR was on its way as the War with Russia and Ukraine unfolds and decided to force his way into this home that is said to survive a NUCLEAR BLAST where it was the "perfect hideout"

He is still on the run after murdering 32 y/o Jordan Morgan, the daughter of Wesley Morgan, the senator who unsuccessfully tried to unseat Mitch McConnell in the 2020 Republican Primary.

Jordan was shot to death in her sleep after he blast his way open to their house and was in a shootout with Morgan after he saw the intruder before getting away.

The 6.5 million palace is fully stocked with a nuclear bunker as Wesley is too distraught to talk about the horrific invasion after his daughter was brutally killed.

He built the bunker underneath his house on Willis Branch Road in Kentucky when Obama became president.

The fact that he could not see the flaw in his own logic...

I guess there's some irony in a fallout shelter making somebody less safe. It's tragic, but you have the media engaging in 24/7 fearmongering where citizens are convinced nuclear armageddon is just about around the corner. Unfortunately, as the media tries to whip the US into a war frenzy, we're going to see more of these incidents as people succumb to hysteria.

Personally, it mostly seems like saber rattling. Neither side is likely to deploy because both sides would be destroyed.

It's not useless because it can still withstand nukes. Shelter against a nuke and shelter against a human invader are two different things. A bulletproof vest is designed to stop bullets, but it won't protect you against fire. If someone pours gasoline on you then proceeds to set you on fire, your vest won't save you. A nuke is incapable of breaking and entering through a window and kill you in your sleep with a gun, so what would be the point of building defenses for such a situation if the only thing you're looking for is to be sheltered against a nuclear holocaust? Would it have been better if they also secured the residence from human invaders? Yes, but it doesn't make the mansion useless when it comes to facing a nuclear holocaust.

The mansion is entirely superfluous, it just hides the entrance to the bunker it's built on.

Rule one of having a bunker: don't let people know you have a bunker.

Surviving a nuclear blast and keeping out intruders are not the same thing. That said, I wonder what he's going to do when the ghouls and glowing ones start roaming about.
