Go to tiktok and the top trending videos are posted by Russian trolls misframing Putin's actions in a positive light.

In the comments, people are so uptight about talking anything mentioning "Russia" or "Putin". Instead, the top comments are "US is the real villain" and the typical tu quoque comments like "How about Iraq/Afghan?" "How about Israel taking over Palestine?" even though all these happened aeons ago.

****ing hell crazy. Is this the world we live in now? Where a murderer can get away in broad daylight while witnesses instead point to some other random person as the accused?

Here's the thing. It's NOT.

Yes Russian trolls started it but now even plenty of regular folks believe it so much they're spreading the same word-of-mouth BS. A lot of these comments come from normal people who are too ignorant to read up anything politics/history and get all their source of education from these trolls.

You seriously underestimate the immense amount of influence Chinese wumaos and Russian trolls have casted over the internet. If not for Russia, Brexit may have never happened as well.

And here we sit helplessly doing nothing while Russia influences the rest of the world to turn against the "West". Russia could literally commit a genocide right now and people will just dismiss it as fake news.

A genocide is happening in China and most of the general public are already dismissing it as "fake news". Can you imagine that? You dont have to because it's already happening.

There'll come a day people no longer know what is right and wrong.

They needed to have joined NATO or entertained the alternative. Conflict with your direct neighbor is bad news, especially when that neighbor is 100x your size & strength. Doubly so if it's Russia. What's happening to everyone in Ukraine is terrible but you certainly can't blame the US....

Our reputation as "world police" doesn't mean we belong in any old war between 2 big countries
