Tom Holland's audition footage for Spiderman: Homecoming has surfaced as dailymail obtained exclusive footage!!

When the audition process came down to 2 BRITISH actors, Tom Holland and Charlie Rowe, it was this audition here where Producer Amy Pascal wanted Holland to be the next spiderman though Marvel Bosses wanted Rowe at the time. Since Sony owned the franchise, they got the final say though both actors remained friends and Charlie was ecstatic for him to win the role of a lifetime

A young looking Tom, who was a teen at the audition can be seen using his signature charm and energy while rying out for the role that made him a global movie star

It shows a now, 25 y/o Tom talking about his first audition where a stand in tossed a large boot at home while pretending to extend his arms throwing out his webs and another with him wearing a backpack slung around his shoulder

Amy Pascal said despite has horrible haircut he had going on of which he had to keep that style for another movie he was involved in, she said there was no question that this was the kid they wanted to be the next spiderman. She gushed that Tom was funny, self deprecating, innocent and a had a terrible haircut but that he inhabited the character in a way that she's never seen someone done before..

Pascal was famously leaked in a Sony Hack over her emails released to the public where she exchanged barbs with other execs and racism on whether Obama would like Django Chained. She was eventually fired as Co-CEO of Sony and started up her own production company, Pascal Pictures which is now in a deal with Universal though Amy still co produces some Sony pics she previously made with the company.

Venoms universe still needs a Spider-Man if they want to give Charlie a shot

He's a very handsome and charming boy. They made a good pick with him in any case.

I want to see both their audition tapes.
I love Holland as Spider-Man but I definitely want to see the other guys audition.
