37 y/o Stay at home Dad, Adam Johnson, the capitol rioter who stole House Speaker's Nancy Pelosi's lectern during the riots and bragged online about it could face 90 days in the big house and a substantial fine as the Feds are calling for imprisonment and that he is PRIVILEGED!! He bragged that he "broke the internet" and was "finally famous" after photos showed him carrying the podium went viral Feds argue that the father of 5 showed a sense of "entitlement and privilege" with his actions and portrays him as a confident, arguably fleeful, while converting government property to his own use during the siege They are seeking 90 days imprisonment with 1 year parole and a 5000 fine, 500 in restitution and 60 hours of community service They argued the high fine is reasonable given his wife, Suzanne Johnson who is a doctor, and that Johnson is in a financial situation so favourable that he has not had to work for 11 years living off his wife's riches. In addition, Johnson hired 2 power lawyers and said surely he can afford a substantial fine to reimburse taxpayers for his part in the mob causing damage... Johnson has 5 sons aged 6-14 plead guilty to entering and re-entering a restricted building or grounds back in November . His lawyers say Johnson deeply regrets his participation and said that he life changing decision has negatively impacted his family and have asked the court to reconsider the significant and negative impact that incarceration would have on their "father figure" Johnson was a psychology graduate turned furniture maker who also faced possession of marijuana and violation of probation charges. He stopped working 11 years ago to become a house dad after his wife got a cushy job as a doctor and got roped into right wing politics while joining many conservative groups throughout the years. He's also described as an "alpha male father" who wants to be a ROLE MODEL for his five boys.
