I've noticed a drop in framerate with most games I tested on this new PC I got, and the only method I had of testing what was going on was using PSO2 NG's benchmark tool.

Above is the score the benchmark tool gets after starting up the PC fresh, and on the first try. This is on the lowest settings, and the FPS seemed to average around 30-90 or so.

Above is the score after running the benchmark tool again immediately after the first test. I didn't close the program to restart it, I didn't change the settings, I just did the benchmark test again.

Lastly, above is the benchmark test after closing the program, opening it back up again and running the benchmark test. Didn't restart the PC, just closed the program and started it back up again.

Is there any explanation for this? Maybe the benchmark tool itself has a graphics leak, I'm not sure... But not even Sims 3 was running all that great. I haven't given FFXIV a thorough testing yet though. Anyone have any idea what's causing this poor performance? The RAM and video card both seem relatively decent...
