In 2011 for the "ambassador program"? And then for the entire rest of the 3DS's lifespan they never made those games or any other gba games available for sale on the 3DS virtual console ... Copied to Clipboard!

The games aren't emulated, they set the 3DS into GBA mode where the connected sleep features are unavailable ... Copied to Clipboard!
