I think this specific character has the best ass jiggle of any game, and the reason is that it was manually animated. Physics engines are doing it in 99% of the games, but they tend to make the booty wobble too much so it just looks ridicolous.

Don't you think her butt jiggles just like a real butt does?

That ass jiggle was completely out of hand, though. Her ass flopped around like jello. Most games which use physics engines for ass jiggle tend to end up this way. The only exception I can think about is Dead or Alive Xtreme 3, which uses physics, but actually has subtle and tasteful ass jiggle.
