I usually find a recipe and then kinda ignore a lot of it. spice combinations / sauce ingredient ratios I tend to keep, approximate cook time I tend to keep. stuff like ratio of vegetables to other ingredients I flat out ignore (no online recipe ever has enough vegetables), I also tend to modify vegetablels just based on what I have on hand SRR Capdown posted...
