Ya, let your employer know you stumbled your toe....leave out the blacked-out bit. I've worked through some stuff, it sucks, but you can adapt. At some point you will realize you are stressing weird muscles because you are walking wrong. I love getting extremely drunk, so I'm used to falling and hurting myself, but as I get older the injuries are harder to just walk off. I fell off my bike back in the fall and was sore as fuck for days.
